It's not you, it's the browser! Or, we should say, in 99% of cases it's the browser. Not all browsers have a native way to handle RSS feeds. If you are seeing straight up Extensible Markup Language (XML), you may need to install an RSS plug-in. For example, in Chrome, we like to use RSS Feed Reader.
